With the purchase of a tour through the website, you accept these conditions and confirm that you understand them and that you accept responsibility for your participation in your tour.

All customers have to be reachable either by the email or phone number provided during the time of the booking. Snow Dogs can not be held responsible if the customer cannot be reached out while in Iceland or before the tour due to wrong, not accurate information provided to Snow Dogs. If you need to update your information please contact us through E-mail.

Tours that Snow Dogs cancels before departure will be refunded 100%

Dog sledding tours may be cancelled by Snow Dogs because of illness, snow condition, animal health concerns, weather, safety concerns, natural disaster or any other reason Snow Dogs owners or staff consider necessary.

If a client cancels a tour 24 hours or more before departure, Snow Dogs will refund 100%.

Not showing up on departure and cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are not refunded.

Any trip cancelled due to the clients actions on site will not be refunded.

Use of alcohol and other illegal drugs is not permitted in or before our tours and will result in cancelation and no refund.

Snow Dogs does not assume any responsibility for any wrong instructions given by a third party including GPS or Satellite Navigation.

Snow Dogs acts as a tour operator and does not assume responsibility for accidents or deaths that can be traced to the participant´s negligence, acts of third parties or exterior circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as weather, natural occurrences, war or other similar causes. No responsibility is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services or because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes beyond our control. All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the traveler.
